4. User Assumes All Risk
By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that you alone are solely responsible for your decision to use it and for all associated risks. You understand that the App does not replace pilot training, regulatory compliance, professional judgment, or approved safety equipment. All risks, including those related to flight operations, communication failures, or inaccurate data, are borne entirely by you, the user.
5. No Obligation
The Providers have no obligation to maintain, support, update, or continue providing access to the App. Use of the App may be discontinued at any time without notice.
6. Acceptance
If you do not agree with this Disclaimer in full, you must not install, access, or use the App. Your continued use constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
