Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the ParaDost application (the “App”). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
1. Experimental & Informational Only
The App is provided solely for experimental and informational purposes. It is not certified or approved by aviation authorities or safety regulators, and it must not be relied upon as a substitute for professional training, official systems, or approved safety equipment.
2. No Warranties
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, safety, or suitability for any purpose.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the promoters, developers, contributors, and associated entities of ParaDost (the “Providers”) disclaim all liability for any damages of any kind, including injury, death, loss of profits, loss of data, or property damage, arising out of or connected with use of the App.
4. User Responsibility
You assume full responsibility and all risks associated with your use of the App. You acknowledge that the App does not replace pilot judgment, training, regulatory compliance, or safe operational practices. Use is at your sole discretion and risk.
5. Data & Community
Messages sent by the App over LoRa may be received, processed, and shared by community servers for the purposes of research, analysis, and public good. By using the App, you consent to such community handling of transmitted data.
6. Modifications & Termination
The Providers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall apply internationally and be interpreted to the maximum extent permitted by law. Local mandatory consumer rights may apply in certain jurisdictions.
